We are seeking a highly skilled and growth-driven SMO, Digital Marketing & SEO Expert to elevate our online presence and accelerate digital expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, improving search engine rankings, creating high-engagement social media content, and driving qualified traffic that converts into measurable business results.
This position requires innovation, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution across all major digital platforms. You will lead SEO initiatives, manage social media channels, and execute digital marketing campaigns that strengthen our market presence, build brand authority, and support our overall business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
· Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify SEO opportunities.
· Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for improved rankings.
· Manage on-page SEO (meta tags, keyword optimization, URL structure, schema, internal linking).
· Execute off-page SEO (backlink building, directory submissions, outreach activities).
· Track website performance and prepare periodic SEO reports.
· Improve domain authority, page authority, and organic search visibility.
2. Social Media Optimization (SMO) & Social Media Management
· Plan, create, and manage posts on social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, others.
· Grow followers, engagement, and reach through organic activities.
· Develop social media content calendars and creative campaigns.
· Manage online reputation, respond to comments/messages, and monitor community engagement.
· Analyze social metrics to improve performance and audience growth.
3. Digital Marketing & Performance Campaigns
· Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
· Monitor campaign performance, CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
· Retarget potential customers using remarketing strategies.
· Optimize ads regularly to reduce cost and improve conversions.
· Analyze campaign insights and prepare performance reports.
4. Content Strategy & Brand Building
· Develop digital content strategies for website, blogs, videos, and social content.
· Coordinate with designers, writers, and creative teams to produce engaging content.
· Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
· Use storytelling to enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.
5. Analytics & Reporting
· Track performance across SEO, SMO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad platforms.
· Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.
· Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights.
6. Website & Technical Coordination
· Monitor website technical health and coordinate with developers for improvements.
· Handle page speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, UI/UX insights, and error fixes.
· Ensure smooth user journey and website conversion rates.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
· 2–7 years of experience in SEO, SMO, SMM, or Digital Marketing.
Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, SEMrush) is a plus.

Resume-No.1 is seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and target-driven Business Development Officer to expand our outreach and grow our resume writing services across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through field visits, building strong partnerships with consultancies, job placement agencies, colleges, and corporate HR teams, and driving sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Sales
- Conduct regular field visits to recruitment consultancies, job placement centers, training institutes, colleges, and job hubs to generate leads.
- Present Resume-No.1’s services and convert leads into clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent prospecting and follow-up.
2. Partnership Development
- Build long-term, productive relationships with consultancy owners, HR managers, placement officers, and other job market influencers.
- Onboard new partners to create a continuous flow of referrals.
- Conduct service demos, meetings, and promotional discussions with stakeholders.
3. Market Outreach & Brand Promotion
- Promote Resume-No.1 through on-ground visits, events, and local networking opportunities.
- Create brand visibility by distributing marketing materials at job hubs and career centers.
- Maintain a strong presence in key employment zones across cities.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain daily visit logs, lead trackers, follow-up sheets, and sales data.
- Coordinate with the service delivery team for smooth client onboarding.
- Report market updates, competitor insights, and field performance to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–8 years of experience in business development, field sales, or B2B partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role and meet targets.
- Good networking ability with strong relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented professional.
- Two-wheeler preferred for field mobility.
